Shipping policy

Please Note: Because of Frogman's signature patina process, patterns and vibrant gem tone color may vary slightly.

For orders of 2 sculptures or more, please call or email to inquire about discounted shipping rates.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Our preferred methods of shipping are UPS Standard Ground, USPS Retail Ground, and USPS Priority Mail.

Please Note: An additional charge applies for overnight, second-day, or three-day shipments and to all international destinations (an additional payment request through PayPal will be sent).

For orders shipped within the State of South Carolina, a state sales tax applies.

Please note that some sculptures will have to be drop shipped directly from the Frogman foundry in CA. Frogman will do their very best to get the sculpture ready for shipment as soon as possible. However, occasionally there might be a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
